This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan excluding choice of law rules, at our sole discretion, and the United States of America. Use of our products and/or services is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms of Use, including without limitation this paragraph. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and us as a result of this agreement or use of our products and/or services.
If anything that appears in this Terms of Use document is found by the appropriate legal jurisdiction and authority to be in violation of the relevant law then the other parts of this document shall be understood as close to their original meaning as possible and the parts which were not in violation of a law remain in full effect, and full force.
If we fail to act on any of the terms of this document it should not be construed as a waiver of any provision nor does it affect our ability to act on any such term in the future.
